Martina is a Czech Republic-born member of Yoga Alliance. She has been teaching in various countries worldwide, from Bali and Dubai to Australia, Southern America, and South-East Asia. She specializes in Hatha Yoga, Yin and Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa and Tantra Yoga. Martina has been a yoga teacher and space-holder at various yoga retreats, e.g. in Australia, and Yoga Teacher´s Trainings, e.g. in Prague, Czech Republic or Krabi, Thailand.
She organizes yoga workshops and seminars that combine practicing yoga with hiking and meditation in the woods and practices sound healing (Tibetan bowls, gong, OM and mantra chanting, sacred chants, ícaro), crystal healing, deep yin water healing, mindfulness meditation, lunar phase meditation, ecstatic dance and shamanic dance. Martina also performs as a stage dancer with a style that combines Dance Yoga and Acro Yoga with ballet and scenic dance.
In July 2019 she led yoga and paddleboard yoga classes for Corny.cz Paddleboard + Yoga Tour in the Czech Republic.
Since January 2020 she is in charge of editorials and other articles for the yoga magazine Jogadnes.cz

Teaching prospective yoga instructors at Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Prague under Yoga4Yogi – lectures and seminars include pedagogy, didactics, voice work, and psychology in addition to Hatha and Yin yoga. Teaching other styles of yoga such as Tantra Yoga and leading reatreats (e.g. in Australia or Bali) and workshops (e.g. Pelvic Floor, Yin Flow, Dance Yoga).
